My services are designed to support individuals through major life transitions, facilitating healing and purpose discovery through a blend of astrology, energy healing, stonework, mentorship, depth psychology, and other integrative modalities. These services are intended for personal growth and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use my services. By accessing my website or engaging with my services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Services

I offer various services, including but not limited to:

• Astrological counseling

• Immersive intensives

• Retreats 

• Long-term advising

• Energy healing sessions

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at my discretion.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase. I accept major credit cards and debit cards, money orders, and cash. Refund policies are as follows:

• One-on-One Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

• Live Courses and Workshops: Refunds are available up to 7 days before the start date. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

• On-demand Courses, Classes, Lectures, and Workshops: Refunds can be given up to 7 days after purchase. If you try the product and feel it isn't right for you, please send a message through the contact page within 7 days of your purchase to request a refund.

• Digital Products, eBooks, Guides: Due to their digital and downloadable nature, digital products, guides, ebooks, and any other like product are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on my website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Individuating Cosmos (Ashley Sohl) and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without my express written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use my services for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any conduct that could harm my reputation or interfere with the operation of my services.

My services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee specific results from my services. You acknowledge that any decisions you make based on my services are your sole responsibility.
